About Page Per Page

A small family business with big family heart.

Our Story

Page Per Page specializes in providing the Community Association Industry (CAI) the best tools necessary to communicate with homeowners.
Since 2008, Page Per Page has printed and mailed coupon books, billing statements, compliance letters, annual meeting notices and election ballots for more than 60,000 communities and five million homeowners.
Over the years, as people transitioned to mobile communication, Page Per Page developed state-of-the-art technology solutions, including Online Voting and Community Websites. These enhancements ensure communities are able to communicate with homeowners through traditional mail or via mobile technology.
Page Per Page is located in Chandler, Arizona.
In hopes to fulfill a dream of becoming an entrepreneur, Phil Hoffman, along with his wife, Renee, bought a local franchise print shop in Chandler, AZ.
As the economy began to unravel, the small, family-owned print shop found itself in the direct path of destruction. The thought of closing the doors, was slowly becoming reality.
In a stroke of luck, one of the largest Homeowners Associations in the country came to Phil in need of help with a large, time-sensitive mailing.
The chance encounter resuscitated the business. Due to the growing success, the team decided it was time to leave the confines of a franchise – so Page Per Page was born.
After proving consistent growth over time, Page Per Page was named to the Inc. 5000 List of the fastest growing private companies in the US, for four consecutive years.
Today, Page Per Page is run by the same team that started the journey in 2004 (plus a few additions along the way), serving businesses with print, mail and technology solutions.
